AiFresh is a smart nutrition intake APP, it calculates the nutrition contents by food weight and the built-in food bank, so to help people who want to lose weight, keep fit to control calories intake.
The food bank keeps updating, also users can input their own food. Based on personal information, AiFresh APP gives a sugguested nutrition intake, together with the catering funciton, users can make their own nutrition food plan. AiFresh App helps users to strictly control their nutrition intake and keep fit.
Pour-over coffee function helps users to make nice and delicious coffee。
You can use Apple Health to record nutritional intake. The path of Apple health is: My -> Apple Health.

What a gem! Clean, intuitive, resourceful!

Pros:

Clean UI

Intuitive

Very detailed nutritional information incl. vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, cholesterol, carbs, etc

Ability to collate all the nutrition you’ve consumed per day.

Ability to customise daily nutritional value (including every vitamin and every mineral!!!)

Ability to add new ingredients to the app in case it’s not in the database with a complete set of nutritional info for you to fill as complete as you like.

The app works with compatible food scales but you can also use the app without connecting to any scale.

Multi-lingual

Just the perfect amount of features. So, you won’t be overwhelmed by a bunch of rubbish like some other nutrition apps give you.

Cons:

Each ingredient doesn’t have a picture. Even if you add a new ingredient, you can’t attach a picture to it.

When adding a new ingredient to the database, the default amount is 100g. If the ingredient is liquid, you can’t specify the default amount as a volumetric amount like L or mL.

It’s unclear from what region is the ingredient database sourced from. It could be that by selecting a different language, you get a different database (just a speculation).
