Description
You’re in control of your home climate with AirTouch 2+.
Featuring a new smart and easy to use interface design, you can now use your smart device to control AC mode, temperature and fan speed of reverse cycle ducted air conditioning units connected to your AirTouch system at home, as well as the air volume for individual rooms.
While you can control your system with your smart device over your WiFi network with internet connectivity at home, now you’ll never have to worry about leaving it turned on when you are out and about, as you can check and turn it on or off, and set a timer for when you get home remotely over the internet from anywhere.

Frustrating
Its a bit annoying. If I turn the air con on or off via the app sometime I have to close the app a few times and go back and do it again as it doesn’t seem to register I had turned the aircon off. Also extremely annoying the app often won’t open as says to check its connected to wifi (which it is) this can last for ages sometime or until I can get home to the wall control.
Needs some fine tuning
When using this app, it is very touch sensitive. Often when you adjust the temperature of change the fan speed it changes and changes back to what it was on before. You have to try multiple times to get the setting that you want.
The app constantly crashes, disconnects and reconnects every time you use it. Sometimes when you turn the a/c off in the app, it appears to be off on the app screen, but doesn’t actually turn off the a/c.
Very difficult using this app. Usually just easier to use the wall controller to avoid frustration.
Fetch error / unresponsive
When I open the app to turn on/off aircon, I find I have to exit and close the application once to several times as well as flick between the power page and zone page before it becomes responsive.
Additionally I also get fetch errors that I have to resolve by closing the app and reopening once to several times also.
Really hope these are fixed soon...
