Description
Control your Airtouch4 zoning system and air conditioner (selected brands and models
only) using your iOS devices from anywhere at anytime. This app, used in conjunction
with AirTouch4 Zone Control System, is designed to give you unequalled control of the
amount of air and thus air conditioning delivered to all parts of your home simply and
easily with your iPhone or iPad. It provides majority of functions already via
the wall mounted touch screen. It enables the control of following functions:
•Turn on and off the AC (if configured or with gateway connected)
•Change the set point of AC(with gateway connected)
•Choose individual group temperature as AC control temperature
•Change the set point of individual groups(with temperature sensor installed)
•Change the mode and fan speed(with gateway connected)
•Turn on and off groups/zones
•Adjust air flow to each individual group/zone
•Set programs and AC timer
•Set favourite scenes
•Name groups/zones
•Check system settings
•Synchronize system time
•Obtain AirTouch4 LAN IP
Once your AirTouch4 system has been installed with your air conditioning system,
simply connect the operating module to your WiFi network, download the App and you are
ready to go.

Ratings and Reviews
UI needs some work for usability
I would love to see some UI improvements, as it’s a bit janky at the moment:
1) Press, hold and left/right to increase/decrease temp or fan - it gets a bit cumbersome to change a fan from 0% up to x% multiple times on multiple zones. For example if the system has auto dropped the zone to 0% fan, I need to press the + sign literally 20 times to get to 100% 🤷♂️ - another option would be a full width horizontal selector under the zone name, so you can in an instant go from 0% to what you need. Another idea would be a press and hold for fast change - eg I want to go from 0 to 100% so hold down the + for a few seconds to achieve this. After one second of pressing the fast change feature kicks in and quickly adjusts the value.
2) Feedback button to send a message with feedback directly in the app - will encourage users to give useful and relevant feedback to the developers. This might defer low ratings to a support submission instead ;)
Avoid, it’s bad
Without doubt the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s ugly, poorly thought out and constructed. It is also unbelievably slow, I press a button to turn on a zone and it takes 4-5s for the ui to update.
And then if it’s on cooling it won’t ever shut off, regardless of what the detected temperature is. On heating it shuts off but not on cooling just wracking up expensive electricity bills.
Avoid this at all costs. Why version 4 is this bad is beyond me.
App can’t receive notifications
Why can’t my mobile app receive notifications about high temperatures recently?
