Caring driver
My wheelchair requirements for my elderly mother were provided by our lovely and caring driver.
Don’t bother, try to organise everything to be in walking distance
Albury Taxi’s are absolutely useless, Albury is in desperate need of Uber. Had to make 2 seperate bookings and both times ended up being no-shows, all in a timeframe of 1 1/2 hours, 8 follow up calls to be continually lied to, saying cab was 1km away, lies, lies lies. We then had to stay overnight were we were. This Albury Taxi non-service is a joke but sadly not funny. Clearly Albury Taxi’s are in desperate need of some help!!
Pathetic
Pathetic. Albury taxis’ as a whole are pathetic. Used the app, got told that the car was 1km away. Only to have a no show and it to happen 3 more times. Had to phone then to get out on priority. Only to still have no shows. Had to walk home in the end... and they wonder why Uber has the better of taxi conpanies...
