SmartHail allows you to create bookings in any fleet that uses the SmartMove dispatching system. You can use your current location or enter an address. Features: Create an 'As Soon As Possible' booking or a Pre-Booking. Manage multiple bookings. Receive notifications when the vehicle is en-route or when the vehicle has arrived at the pickup address. As the booking is placed directly from the app, there is no waiting on hold for an operator to take the booking. Once the driver accepts the booking, the vehicle is displayed on the map. Really helpful app, like knowing the cost and how far away the driver is. The drivers have been very courteous and their cars clean. App has been easy to use.

Love the appVery functional and if you have an issue with the app, the feedback section will sort and get back to you as soon as. •if I had any issue with the app, its being notified when you’re on your way to your destination and upon your arrival by app push notifications. I mean “Duoooh”As if I didn’t know already.🤪

I use taxis quite rarely and when I do the drivers are always courteous and polite. I’d like to offer feedback that a comfortable journey is also important. Remember your passengers get thrown around if you take corners too fast 😁

I had waited for a long time to be allocated a driver and nothing responded on the app, I had the driver at my door before it registered in the app which was worrying as I had a deadline to be somewhere, called the fleet number but the staff member was not able to assist with the enquiry as to potential wait time or where in the queue I was as a bit of an indicator
