Love this app just can’t reach customer support
I really like this app it’s quick it’s fast and very user friendly. Would recommend to everyone. The only trouble I have lately is to get a response from customer support team been waiting a while now they linked my release to wrong artist and nou he claims it and nobody gets back to me to fix it. Will keep updating this review and see how fast the costumer support is. Great app and everything it’s just customer support bit hard to reach.

Incredible. Simple. Flawless. Friendly.
I have now released my first 4 singles through Amuse and I could not be happier. So easy, great customer service and 100% profits go to me until they sign you, then it’s 50/50 which is amazing, and you retain ownership always!! I bet Lauren Hill wishes this was around back then (much respect to Lauren) Great for independent artists, I am a huge fan. Thank you Amuse io for making this possible. Very satisfied.
It’s Amazing, but there’s a problem.
When I uploaded my album artwork, which was blurry on purpose and I specifically ticked that box. I get an email on my release day saying I need to fix my artwork, no big deal but it did kinda annoy me.
Another annoying thing is that I have to upload from Dropbox or iCloud Drive. I can’t just go to a website and submit there from my computer.
But over all, the app is amazing and your service is quality. :)
