My Computer told me that I had to get a Microsoft authenticator to reopen my email account so I downloaded the app on my telephone. Only need to find out that it was not a free app and it automatically started a three day free trial then to charge me $69 per year. I didn’t use the app once I didn’t want to start the free trial and yet from what I’ve now read about this particular app online they keep taking your money and say well you’ll have to get your money back from Apple so please be aware this Microsoft authenticator app seems to be a very dodgy app. Please be very aware I would not recommend it is downloaded.

Very Frustrated Subscriber
I wish apple would not tolerate apps that do not provide cancelling subscription option or avoid giving correct instructions for cancelling subscriptions. Have wasted too much time trying to cancel this and still not getting anywhere! So DECEIVING!!!

What I thought was a sign in was a purchase which cost me $70. I instantly restored the purchase not even using the service and sent an email explaining the situation. Since then, I’ve heard no reply and have been seemingly ghosted. Absolutely pathetic on their part.
