How our subscriptions work:
- Trial: A year-long subscription comes with a 14-day free trial. Monthly subscriptions have a 7-day free trial. Both can be canceled within 24 hours of ending without being charged
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after you confirm the purchase
- Auto-renewal is turned on by default. You can turn it off anytime before 24 hours of your current subscription period ending. Within 24 hours of your current subscription period ending, you will be charged for the same duration as the current subscription
- You can manage your subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal via the Account Settings after purchase
- During your active subscription period, you can’t cancel your subscription
-Any unused time left in your free trial will be forfeited when you purchase the full subscription

Definitely satisfied but..
AVG is great!
It’s easy to use and I’m glad I can share it with my parents so I know that they’re protected.
The phone version is great!
But certain features and applications of my phone, won’t work.
I understand that it’s a privacy thing, obviously.
When I try to turn off the settings in the AVG app to use those features and applications, AVG just turns it back on again and I have to turn AVG off completely.
Which is fine, but it’s slightly frustrating.
Other than that, I definitely recommend AVG above anything else.
AVG Refund
I was excited, after having free AVG for years, I recently bought at a greatly reduced price the AVG security for 10 devices, which I then found out that it didn’t do all that I thought it was going to do, so started the journey to get a refund under the 30day money back guarantee, which took me a frustrating 20 mins, then I had to chat to someone who then tried to tempt me to stay by adding a few extras, and I normally would have accepted the offer, but, because I had now spent 30min of frustrating time getting to this point, I refused the offer.
So AVG don’t make it so hard to get to the refund area, you just anger people, who probably won’t come back.
I got my refund eventually.

Virus
At first I was worried this was a virus but when I looked at the reviews I thought other wise and I was correct I love the app I thought my phone had a virus because it said I have 2 viruses at it might hack my sim but nothing happend I used the app to scan my phone and turned on everything I needed to to protect my phone but I still think there’s a virus because a app called journal was downloaded to my phone but I never downloaded it so if anyone can telll me what’s going on please tell me it would help out a lot thank you very much for reading this review if you did
