Switching off

I had this problem previously, but the VPN stayed on constantly for about six months. It has now reverted again, being that I need to switch it on every time I start up. What can I do to correct this?

Drops out

It “appears” to work okay but has dropped out probably 900 times since I’ve had it, so I don’t know how many times my computer has been in danger. Having big problems lately, like someone has hacked my computer - despite having the security suite. Also had to put up with months of messages telling me that I had to renew my subscription..even though it was being used and had/has MONTHS of time left. If AVG doesn’t know what its own software is doing, how the hell can it prevent viruses from some ahole??!!!

I’ve been using the VPN and Anti-virus together on mobiles and tablets for years now. I thought it couldn’t get any better until the auto start was introduced, now I feel confident every time I'm on a device.
