Awaremate helps Australians stay aware of what’s happening around them—on one simple, live map.
From official incident feeds to community updates, Awaremate brings key “where/what/when” info together so you can make smarter decisions while you’re commuting, travelling, or away from home.
See it all on the map:
Community Map: report and view local updates like lost & found pets, hazards, suspicious activity, incidents, and more.
Live Incidents (official feeds): bushfires/vegetation fires, traffic crashes, and other emergency-service attended incidents (where available).
Live Public Transport & Coach: live vehicle positions, routes, and service updates across buses, trains, trams, ferries and metro (coverage varies).
Live Power Outages: outage areas with scale, cause (when provided) and estimated restoration times.
Earthquakes: recent quakes with shake radius where available.
Lightning alerts: keep track of nearby lightning activity and receive lightning notifications.
AwarePlus+ (optional subscription)
Upgrade to AwarePlus+ for live notifications:
Location alerts: get notified about what’s happening around your device when you’re out and about.
Home alerts: keep an eye on your home area while you’re on holidays or away.

Awaremate is an awareness tool and not an emergency warning service.
Official feeds can be delayed or incomplete, and community posts are user-generated and may not be verified.
