We bring together the latest scientific evidence on helping people change their behaviour and package it together to help you know how much
- quality sleep you get,
- exercise you get,
- time you spend sitting.

We give you options to do this you can enter it yourself or use Fitbit to sync your data.

We then give you the tools and tips you need to improve these behaviours. Why is this important? Lots of apps tell you how much sleep you get or exercise you do. But we take this information and combine it with proven strategies to help change your behaviour to improve your health.

Balanced is compatible with ALL types of Fitbit.
