One of my faves!
Beauty bay has become one of my favourite beauty websites. Most products are quite affordable and they often have good sales. I live in aus where some brands can be hard to find, but I’ve found beauty bay so accessible. Their delivery times range from 2-3 weeks to aus which I find completely fine as most UK sites take that long to get to aus.
Goods shipment and delivery is absolutely slow
It will take you more than 2 weeks to receive your order, and seduce you to reach the amount to gain the free shipping, also provide option of with no tracking service shipping. Personal advise, not recommend with the saver option, otherwise you have no idea where is your order!!!
Additional, google it, seems like they have the history of cancelling customer’s order and still pending the money after 3 months. Somehow the customer force to gave up the money because beautybay don’t care about those returning money, and customer have no choice to trace their refund except ask beautybay and the bank.
My favourite app to purchase makeup
This is my favourite app to purchase makeup because it’s so easy with the design of this app. I have never had a delivery not come but for those like me who buy internationally (Australia ) when you pay for tracking on your package you will need to be tracking over 3/4 different companies and for some reason will not connect with the shop app to track. Other then that I have had no issues with packages, products or payment.
