Good, Bad and the Ugly

Good portable spa, Bad functionality, Ugly App/interface.This is a major concern for your customers, particularly when there is no function to establish daily filtration and maintain adequate chlorine levels. This is a health issue which can affect your customers well being and experience of your products. I notice that there have been numerous versions of the application but still notice the same poor reviews. The problem is not getting resolved and your customers are becoming more and more impatient by the sound of things.Look forward to improved functionality in subsequent versions

Never again, total rubbish
An absolutely atrocious app. Slow to load. Deletes the user and loses all the settings. Can’t remove unwanted scheduling. And why the hell do I get locked out of signing in when your app deletes itself and I have to start all over again. Love the spa but absolutely HATE this app. Wish I could find an alternative.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Maybe it’s been upgraded recently because I find the app works well. It’s intuitive, easy to use and allows me to control my Helsinki Layzspa remotely. The scheduling is easy to use and very handy

To set the power saving timer:Press the power saving button—display and heating time will flash.Use temp buttons to set heating time (1–999 hrs).Press the button again—waiting time will flash.Set waiting time (1–999 hrs).Press the button once more to activate. The screen will flash temp and time.Note: This is not an auto-repeat cycle. You’ll need to reset it daily if needed.The timer resets if:-Power saving button is held for 3+ seconds-Pump is unplugged-Heating button is pressed-An error code appearsMassage and filtration can be used, but will pause when heating starts.
