Best app out there!!

This app is the best! I love it and I recommend it to everyone. A few things I like is that they have questions, Bible gems, and awards to keep you engaged whilst reading. There’s also animations and the illustrations are amazing! I also really appreciated how the app showed Jesus with darker skin, which is probably more accurate based on where he lived. It’s nice to see a more realistic version of Jesus, rather than the European version of Jesus we often see. This app also has a voice over that reads to you, and instead of a robotic voice, it has expressions! This app is just perfect! On the other hand, I think there should be more episodes/chapters. For example, once you finish reading the Bible, you can tap a button that leads you to ‘another world’ and you can read the backstory/ the context of some verses and what it means. Like for example, you can read a story that explains everything about 1 John 3:9, and how John was concerned that the church taught the wrong things, so he wrote a letter. Then, you can read what the verse means. Otherwise, this app is perfect and I totally recommend it. It still stays as one of favourite Bible apps.

A fantastic resource for children

This app has been awesome. Our 4year old LOVES reading the bible and will sit and use this app for hours. The stories are engaging and give a great understanding of the story. We particularly love that as our son engages with the app and flicks between stories, he is growing a larger picture of the gospel narrative as a whole. We love hearing him share bible stories and explain what Jesus has been showing him. Thank you for creating such a powerful resource that gives kids the same access to scripture in a way that they can take personal ownership of their faith. I love how much my son loves the bible.

This app remains our favourite app and deserves 5 star rating. After more then 3 years, it continues to be a great way to read the bible to our 6 and 3 year old boys. They love to interact with the story features and play the games at the end. It can be used offline as well. This app is one of the few apps that are free of adds, without in-app purchases and yet remains full of child friendly content.
