Billable counts the minutes while you work — live on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island — and tracks breaks separately, so pausing for lunch never means fudging the numbers later. Forgot to press start? Add the session afterwards, or start the timer from up to a day ago. Or stop thinking about it entirely: Billable can start itself when you arrive at a client's office and save when you leave. Every hour lands against a client at their rate, and that rate is frozen the moment a session saves — a rate rise next month never rewrites what last month was worth. And at any moment, one number tells you the thing that actually matters: who owes you time, and what it's worth. When it's time to bill, three taps turn those hours into a clean, professional PDF invoice — your logo and payment details on it, expenses and callout fees itemised, GST handled whether it's included or added on top. Email it to your client straight from the app with the PDF attached. If it goes quiet, one tap sends a polite reminder, invoice attached again so nobody has to dig for it. The money side goes as deep as you need it to. Put regular clients on a retainer and Billable queues the invoice up each cycle — you glance at it and hit send. Record part-payments and always know the exact balance owing. See overdue invoices aged into 30, 60 and 90-day buckets so you know who to chase first. Hand any client a statement of account as a PDF. And when BAS time rolls around, the Tax screen already knows your GST on sales, GST on purchases and what to set aside — ready to export for your accountant.
