Excessive battery usage

Great application, but Instead of 2 apps VPN and mobile security-web browsing, it should be one only app. As it stands these 2 apps just drains the battery too fast and is heavy on phone operations. When the phone is not in use, (asleep) why not pause the application automatically to save battery as the phone software does? Overall though, the protection is very good, and plan to continue using it for awhile pending improvements.

This entire thing isn’t even remotely working correctly

This is seriously nothing but a total waste of time even having this security because as soon as you lock your phone it is just getting turned off and I want to know what sort of fraudulent scam is going on with this we paid for our phones to have security and web browser protection and it just keeps getting turned off without any of our knowledge or permission There is something majorly wrong with this security system because it isn’t even remotely connected correctly at all and I’ve gotten my son to do everything that his support member told him to do and it still isn’t connected properly whatsoever and he has even fully updated all of my information and added more highly advanced security technology and it still isn’t connecting properly all of the connections setup isn’t even showing the correct information at all and he has uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times it is almost like someone or something is totally overriding this entire security system and stopping it from working properly at all This entire thing doesn’t even work correctly whatsoever and it isn’t even remotely registering this web browser protection as even working at all and I don’t even think that it is worth having because it’ doesn’t do what it claims

Dysfunctional app - waste of money for subscription

I really regret purchasing an annual subscription for 10 devices. Not only the advertisement promises were pretty misleading, with the disclaimers in regards to Apple apps functionality, but also the app itself is pretty faulty. After a couple of months I am really tired of those annoying apps as the most frequent notification from them is that something failed again- connection, VPN, mobile security- you name it, and all the notifications are coming with some random error messages with technical error numbers, which are not explained. It feels like I paid for a nightmare, which never fails to deliver another problem but constantly fails to work normally as expected. It significantly slows down performance of my devices and today it completely blocked all Internet connections on my iPad, so that mobile and WiFi suddenly stopped working. I had to delete the app in order to be able to use the Internet, and after reinstalling the app stopped to recognise my subscription, despite the fact that I am using the same login details and the app was reinstalled on the same iPad. I can’t wait for this subscription to expire and it is unlikely that I will ever use Bitdefender products again.
