What sort of fraudulent activities is this app up to

I have totally uninstalled this app and factory reset my new router and if this app actual adds a unsecure network to users devices I am not very happy because there is no notification to warn users that this unsecure network has been installed on our networks and even after factory reset this new router these unsecure networks just show up and rightfully they shouldn’t be because the router has been factory reset and I have reported this to the maker of this router and even Bitdefender support you are actually putting users safety at risk and so much for being a security service I’ve had this actual security company on my phone for years and I’m wishing that I’d never purchased this router it has done nothing but put my safety at risk because I wouldn’t even know if anyone had been joining these unsecured networks and I can’t even turn on my new router because these unsecure network keeps showing up and I have even contacted netgear support or community and they told me that these networks shouldn’t be showing up after factory reset this router and other people are even saying that these routers are actually spyware in them that is why we can’t remove these unsecured network even after factory reset our router I’m not very happy after this experience if a device is factory reset none of its information should be showing up until users have registered it again and no known videos I’ve ever seen across all of this internet don’t ever explain fully how to setup routers and properly none of these videos ever tell anyone how to gain access to their own gateway portals at all and how they should be setup it doesn’t say much for protection of everyone’s safety people shouldn’t have to rely on getting a computer IT tech or even contacting support and especially with the age of technology today these no reason that all of these technology couldn’t be all setup automatically with technology today
