Love it

This great app allows me to upload directly from iTunes, which is next to impossible with the standard Books app. I can now easily get all my EPUB books onto my phone to read them when I want. Seems to have no ads and other annoyances, and is speedy and simple. Thanks very much to all responsible. I’m home.

Great idea - buggy implementation

While it’s great that I can use this app to access thousands of ebooks through my local library, I have found the app itself to be quite buggy. Sometimes it will let me select notes and phrases to copy or highlight, sometimes when I try to select a word I’ll just get a contextual menu at the top of the page with no way to select anything. In theory you can sync the latest page read between devices, however, in practice (at least for non-fiction books) it syncs you to the footnotes at the end of the book. Sometimes when I open the app, instead of being at where I’m up to it will open to the beginning of the last chapter and I have to manually find my place. And although they have a place for online support, the actual support is minimal.

Usable but has some bugs.

The app is fairly good, but I find it hard to select a “nice” screen to read. A few more preset options would be good.
Also, and probably more of a problem, some of my books have really really small and uppercase font at the start of the chapter, this is quite annoying as it is relatively hard to read. This was not a problem with the same books on another app.
