I absolutely love boohoo, the clothing is fantastic and love it when there’s a sale but I find it to be very difficult for the app to stay working once you’re logged in. For example, if I’ve been scrolling down the page for more than 2 minutes it crashes and takes you back your mobile home screen and second, 8/10 when you’re logged in but it tells you there’s an error adding stuff to your wish list then go to go into the wish list that all the items you’ve added to it has vanished, it’s quite stressful. Apart from that, boohoo is the best online shopping site but it’s problems really change the way we all use it as it’s just frustrating and quite upsetting.
Hit and miss
The Boohoo app is hit and miss! Sometimes it works for you and the process is easy......and other times it crashes, exits without warning or decides not to show you what you want to see. With regards to the clothes, sometimes they aren't what they seem on the website ie. I once bought a bunch of tops - all size 10 and one of them was easily a children's size. It was so tiny didn't even fit my head! Despite that the clothes are cheap and Boohoo is generally really reliable with shipping and the overall quality of the clothes. Even with the bad eggs that come up now and then, you can always return and get your money back. I keep shopping there and out of average 15 times shopping with Boohoo I have had 3 clothing mishaps which isn't too bad in my opinion. My suggestion to Boohoo is having each piece of clothing having their individual blurb about the type of clothing, fabric, whether it runs tight, small, big etc like most online clothing stores do.
I'm never one to EVER leave a review, but omg. The newest update on the app is so bad. Every time I add to cart, and continue shopping everything gets removed and I have to start fresh. Also when I'm scrolling threw the pages it crashes and shuts down the app completely. Today I tried to place a order worth over $400 (first time committing to a big spend) I got very excited but every time I tried to add my Paypal or credit card details a note up the top of my screen kept saying "product items are required" not letting me check out and finalise my order. I tried this about 30 times. A couple hours later I thought I would give it one more shot but the app had logged me out and wasn't letting me back in. I even had to try resetting my password and it still would not let me in. I'm really not impressed. I've never had a problem with the old app but me and all my friends are really hating shopping on boohoo now that the app just doesn't like to work.
