Even though the previous version wasn’t great, it worked better than the latest update. The new update is visually more appealing but very annoying to use. It’s soo slow to load, search function super slow and shows no results. And you have to scroll through every single book in an age group in catalogue mode!! I don’t think all the books are shown either. Such a waste of time! Please allow a scroll down function showing multiple items on the screen!

Every page takes forever to load while you stare at the buffering wheel of doom. Error codes come up every time you try to click on a book, the whole thing is ugly, user unfriendly and far more complicated than necessary. It’s great to have the option of inputting numbers if you have the physical catalogue, but again, the buffering wheel of doom loves this method of ordering. Also, when you try to open resources to look at the pages inside, it’s so zoomed in and impossible to zoom out that you can’t get any kind of feel for what the book and text size will look like to a child. Honestly, it is so terrible, I would probably rather go back to filling in the form on the back of the catalogue.

Didn’t have any issues ordering and payment options had PayPal or Credit Card (what else could you want?). I’ve read a few 1 star reviews and didn’t experience any crashes or issues navigating as was reported. For context I’m running an iPhone 8 perhaps issue is ISO related? I also chose to buy based off the book ID number rather than browsing catalog. Made an account, added my boy and purchased 3 books in under 5 minutes. Noice.

First I had issues signing into the app… kept refusing my login name. Finally worked after multiple attempts.I’ve just tried placing an order and 3 X the app has crashed and returned to the home screen on my phone. Made it through to the check out once, but it didn’t have my whole order listed… went back into the order screen and my whole order was sitting there… tried again to process my order but app ended up crashing again 🙄Will try again later… if I’m still having issues I’ll just pass on ordering and grab my son some books from Big W… don’t have time to waste mucking around on dodgy apps.
