Simple, effective and can be used for a broad range of breath work.
Well worth downloading and paying for as a simple “go to” app. I do have another free app I use though like to mix it up between the two apps.
Mr Ducke
The app itselve is very good but unfortunately your service is below 1 star as you do not respond to customer problems. The app is constantly locking up after finishing the exercise almost every time and the only way to get it working again is to turn the iPhone off and then on again. This is not good enough.

This is such a great visually supportive way of doing mindful breathing exercises and perfect for both general usage and for those with living with anxiety and whom experience panic attacks. I use it myself and will be using with consumers in my work as a social worker.
