Inaccurate
Unfortunately the AI has a habit of making up fictional references, it spouts out an answer but if you check the references it mentioned, more often or not it’s correct or just outright wrong.
It’s okay to point you in a general direction but no where near good enough to rely on as a tool to make your life easier.
Eg
Input does climate zone 5 in Perth require sarking based on the condensation requirements and it makes up its own reference that doesn’t exist.
Still use ncc 2019
All the answers use old NCC referencing

Thanks for the feedback. The uploaded documents are NCC 2022, and the AI agent is trained on these documents. When the next version comes out we will update the AI agent.
