It only shows economy and premium economy class

Under Manage Booking, Economy and Premium economy class tickets are displaying correctly as follow: (E.g. "Premium Economy | Class E"). However, I booked two business class tickets and it only shows "Class I" and "Class U" instead of "Business | Class I" and "Business | Class U"

Please rectify this minor issue.

This may not be your normal revive but I’ve been flying with catholic Pacific for 12 years every year my first flight was when I was 3 Kaohsiung to Melbourne then I moved to Melbourne when I was 5 and I would always fly back and forth sometime I fly so much that I wonder wow I really do fly that much I think I’m going crazy

Cannot See Booking Information

The booking information section crashes on a day to day basis. It is very annoying that reservations made via CX official website are not shown properly every time in need of checking information or checking in online. Very unreliable app that needs a major IT refresh.

Addition dated 22 March 2019: upon trying different options with the app., I realised there’s an alternative approach to the issue identified above. Whenever I need to check booking details or do check-in online via this app., by simply log out first then log back in immediately afterwards could solve the issue for that one instance.

Since CX has responded with this review, I hope the airlines can actively fix this bug and make this app. reliable. I will also provide updates if the app. improves in the near future.

Update 04 April 2019:

The new version 6.10.0 is superb. It solved all the aforementioned issues and the app. now is very easy to use. Thanks for listening to your passengers.
