Cheap flight, good service 👍
Pilot is excellent, take off and landing is very smooth.
Crew staffs are nice.
On time is important, not delay, unless something happens or need spare time to fix the the engine
Manage booking doesn’t work
Budget app for budget airline. Expect to spend a long time trying to add a booking only to see it fail. Wish they bought the Cathay app and modified instead of hiring school drop outs. Two stars. Not sure why I gave two when one would have been enough.
Experience & bug report
The general experience of using your app is good, the UX is quite intuitive and I can accomplish all of my tasks well.
There are three issues that need attention.
1) I am required to log in almost every time I use the app, or login/authentication is disabled on your side.
2) Submitting a payment that failed, then second payment attempt by different method that succeeds results in payment but failed booking.
2) performance can be slow, particularly on the booked flights screen.
