Great App, easy to use
I admit it is more effective to get a taxi if you input destination in Chinese, however pretty simple, self explanatory app.
Should have option for Payment method - ie, whilst I have a preferred method, am agnostic on which one gets me a taxi quickest (as some taxi drivers would prefer cash vs credit card)
Pretty good - some bugs
Overall useful and well featured -
Has a bug when you request a taxi it will often say no connection - then it will in the background order a taxi - you then need to open the side taxi request pane to see if it’s actually ordered or not…
This can result in multiple orders being generated at the same time - a touch annoying!
Need to allow for International Number Registration
For an international city. The app should also allow foreigners and tourists to enter their mobile number from their home countries as many visitors now choose to do international roaming. As for myself if I want to book a taxi I need to use Uber to book a taxi in Hong Kong instead of using your app.
