Not a good user experience
When clicking on a notification the app does not open. I expect this basic but high priority function to work seamlessly.
The sign in experience takes way too long and as a result I often close the app without reading the content which the schools seems important.
Please update to be user friendly
The interface on this app is too intricate to navigate easily. The information is difficult to find, the app does not always work consistently . When the app sends you information updates when you click notification it does not take you to view the information you are receiving which is pointless. Every time you go to the app you have to re- log in. Please update to be user friendly .
Annoying to use and barely works
This app is poorly made and overall frustrating. I’ve been late to a bunch of my classes because the silly thing wouldn’t load, and it gets incredibly annoying when I’m in a rush. The amount of times it crashed in RL too is just shocking. I only use it to see my timetable and somehow it can barely do that.
