Easy to use, great for planning travel
This app is very easy to use and real time tracking makes sure we are ready and never miss the bus.
Decent, but could be better
I like the option of seeing where the bus is, and the idea of the app is excellent. Adding money to your account is easy. Being notified of when kids get on to the bus gives parents peace of mind!
There needs to be some improvement of overall usability though. It’s difficult to adjust the days kids are using the bus service. It would be good if you could set a bus absence as a recurring one (for example, not on the bus every Wednesday), or to have an option to “opt in” on the bus, rather than list absences from it. Having to add each one every week as an absence isn’t very user friendly for those who aren’t regular bus users. Some more thought over this process would make the app better.
It would be great if the app also included approximate bus times for each stop.
Also, the app can sometimes be very slow to open and work, and tends to be quite glitchy.
Generally good - but missing ability to modify bookings
App generally works well, and shows the location of the bus in real time.
As other reviewers have noted, it does not seem possible to modify a recurring booking. I would even accept just being able to delete a current booking and enter a new one with the modified details.
