Used to work.
Having issues loging in. When I put in my login details in it keeps saying “invalid credentials. Make sure your email and password are correct”. I have even deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled it. Very disappointed that its doing this now. Can someone please fix it!
It worked well for me previously this issue just happened out of the blue.
Confounded by over engineered software
Adding a new student is not only futile, for most likely a myriad of possible confounding redundant templates in the system, it’s typical of how technology hinders all things “shook” and university as this is my area where I find the same issues as I do trying to add my child to the “service” it’s tyranny of the template at it’s most frustrating!
Tried to pay for my child’s excursion on here. Got as far as putting in my payment details, the payment summary page loads as a blank page and then unable to go any further as no where to click to continue or summarise payment. Waste of time.
