Back end support is lacking
This app is a recent trial for our school and it is hard to see if we will continue.
Bugs aplenty riddle its use, with sync issues. There are also very tedious and unintuitive processes that must be followed in a specific order or the process can fail entirely.
To be honest, it is not easier to use than simply printing out forms to sign and carrying a bunch of folders during an excursion. Which, while fiddly, doesn’t fail and is less hassle than a program designed to replace it.
Can’t receive any code email for password resetting!
I can’t receive any code email for password resetting, not find a button to obtain any online or offline support!!
I’ve checked my junk mailbox! How to fix that?!?!
