User friendly
Excellent app with easy navigation options.
Frozen at peak hours. Cannot find locations
We tried to use the app during peak hours but it was very slow and could not press the Book Now button.
Also tried to find Village Hotel Sentosa by address but failed. Trying Village Hotel popping out a lot result but nothing related.
Deleted right away after this experience.

Dear Sir/Mdm, our App was unavailable on 22 Dec 2022 due to a technical glitch. The issue has since been rectified. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
New updates are problematic
Since a recent update to the app I have had so many problems. On several occasions I have booked a taxi, it appears on the system and shows it’s progress on the map but then the system seems to freeze and the taxi never turns up. Please go back to the previous version.
