Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.

Put together a relaxing spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the casino, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

Set sail like a pro

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.

To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.

Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Use the app to find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. You can track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

What’s New

Version 1.59.0

With this release, we launched the ability to use gift cards during check-out in the app before cruising. We also enriched the Loyalty Hub to include the number of nights a guest has cruised with us. We have introduced a Future Cruise module, where guests can submit "Book Later" reservations while onboard. We improved the app's speed and usability, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.

I would like to say my husband Carmelo and I had a great cruise.
The entertainment staff like Alejandro, Fernie, Mary and the others provided great entertainment onboard.
Also the theatre shows were excellent.

Oki from house keeping room 3055 looked after us very well, he was always willing to provide assistance and help wherever he could.
Then Vanessa in the Rendezvous lounge was a beautiful lovely person, who couldn’t do enough for us, she was very helpful and obliging in everything we asked of her.
Also the young barman at the Martini bar who looks like Bruno Mars was great lots of fun.
The wait staff from that section was very nice as well I think his name was Medea.
Then we had the lovely staff in the Trellis Restaurant like Robert, Hermis, Clara and Elmer who looked after us each night for dinner. They provided excellent advice and lots of chats each night, we thoroughly enjoyed their company.
And lastly we enjoyed listening to the bands each night. Especially the seagulls were great.

The only negative thing I can say is the shower water was warm to cold each morning, a lot different to the basin which had hot water all the time. The other thing was there was no self assisted laundromat, whereas on other cruises they have provided a laundry. I had to pay for the laundry which was expensive and then AUD on top so made us extra expensive.

Wow times have changed

My last cruise was only a few years ago but gee how quickly things change now I can know all there is to know about my cruise months in advance by download the Celebrity cruise app.

It’s really quite amazing how Celebrity has designed this app so user friendly as well. I totally recommend it to anyone about to cruise.

One bad point is that technology seems to have caught up with the cruise industry meaning people (including me) will never be off their phones even when “getting away from it all”.

Intermittent failure to load & can’t share calendars

Regrettable experience. Had intermittent loading issues or app not updating/working. Menus not reflecting on app easily. If guests are at specific membership/class levels, would want to see relevant activities and restaurant menus to the level (in advance) so can plan the day. Can’t share calendar plan with people via app. Can’t report or note request things/room service in app. No ability to speak with concierge. Timings and descriptions sometimes do not match actual events. Eg. Bingo ticket sales is a separate event to the bingo, and it doesn’t relate to each other easily for you to realise they’re at separate locations. Or sales promo events onboard starts at diff times to printed pamphlets. Content description of sales different to actual products held on board.
