Privacy worries
App works well HOWEVER I am concerned how it shows the EXACT ADDRESS on the map ambulances etc is attending because this makes these address more likely to be robbed, invaded etc and also the person who is arrested/picked up and helped by paramedics is not allowing for their current address and problem to be broadcast to the public - I think there should be different settings for those who work in the professions and those who are just pedestrians as we (myself who is a person regularly going to hospital) does not need to know exact addresses
Needs a refresh
A useful app, esp the mapping features.
Search function no longer works some iOS13 but probably the most annoying thing is that filter settings are not remembered between sessions. It is so tedious to reset these every single time you use the app.
Great app, great support
This is a great app, and as the title suggests, the devs offer great support as well. I’ve had this app since it’s inception and it has been very reliable.
Other comments concerning privacy, especially for SAAS are not true / founded. There is only a grid reference number (UBD) - no actual address is published on the page. It would go through to the fleet MDT.
