I have repeatedly tried to contact the support team from the first day I signed up to no avail. They do not respond at all. I initially thought I would have a free trial & signed up, once I realised this was not the app for me, on the very same day I signed up, I asked for a refund as they had already taken my money. There has been silence ever since. This app also did not download to MS Word or PDF. Do not sign up! There is no support and you will lose your money.

Chatbot kept saying it would combine my two images and I just need to wait and it never actually did. I kept trying and it kept saying to wait and it’s working on it and finally it told me it can’t do it and instead gave me instructions to free tools so I can do it myself. This was the only reason I purchased the app so I’m rather disappointed.

This is a scam! Please save yourself from being scammed. I bought 12 months subscription but after about 4 months, it is asking me to buy pro again while I still have the purchase receipt. I emailed them and no reply from any responsible person. Just complete silence. Extremely frustrating. SCAMMERS

Written many times for assistance with getting the apps to recognise my email address as I subscribed annually direct via the website and the app on my iPhone and iPad advise I have no subscription to restore.No one home! If chat bot fails, no humans left to help.Very frustrating as there has been no response since joining and no help whatsoever
