Before ChatGPT I was a regular guy with a IT background, a mild obsession systems and occasional questions like “how would I look as an awakened spacefaring demigod?” Now? I’m a regular guy with answers. This app is basically a Swiss army knife of intelligence. One moment it’s helping me write a professional email. Next moment, Doing job interview prep, resume writing and philosophical deep dives. The UI? Clean. The responses? Freakishly helpful. The vibes? Somewhere between Socrates, Tony stark and your smartest friend who somehow knows how to write poetry about happy dinosaurs in 24 characters. Sometimes it’s a little too eager, but who else is going help me to optimise my LinkedIn profile while explaining Lagrangian mechanics for interstellar travel? If you’ve ever wanted an all knowing friend who won’t ghost you, won’t judge you and will absolutely help you sell your 2016 Toyota Yaris. Download this app it’s like having a pocket sized oracle with a sense of humour and a soft spot for existential questions. 10/10 would philosophise again.

I have actually paid attention and taken notice while using this app (normally I don’t, means nothing, don’t normally register flaws, short falls or give enough attention to be able to provide feedback or suggest tweaks, changes or new idea to make better) and for the most part I do enjoy and appreciate the technology. Considering how new it is, it’s pretty advanced and performs mostly well and consistently. I define it have some feature capability suggestions and programming tweaks to suit my personal wants and preferences but it’s still a pretty remarkable tech advancement that we now have available to us that can and does provide positive, helpful and useful assistance towards our daily lives. I really don’t appreciate the something like almost $30 Aus a month fee to access it or how much of our earths water resources it requires to function (and hopefully that is a main priority of something to work out and minimise drastically) but honestly I e been paying for like 4-5 months now and not once have I had the thought that it’s not worth it or that I should stop. It is extremely terrible and lacking in regard to creating or editing or adjusting any kind of visual/picture/image. They really need to step it up in that department. Other than that it’s a great app to have as a daily tool to benefit yourself.

June 30 and suddenly I’m being told that the version I’m using can’t be used to create images and yet, I’ve been creating images for free for several months now. With the increasing number of errors that ChatGPT makes when creating images and it’s inability to correct those errors even though it can clearly identify them only adds to my belief that it’s a deliberate programming ploy by the creators of ChatGPT to get us off the free tier onto the paid tier. After several attempts to get the image right with it getting worse, you run out of your free image creation allowance without getting an image that you can use and yet you’ve already provided all your intellectual property via your prompt preparation and discussion surrounding the errors that it made and getting it to assess where it went wrong and clearly stipulate what it will do correctly next time and so on training ChatGPT but then you’re getting nothing in return except an increasingly unpleasant experience.It’s still prepares quite good prompts and I’m using those in the Microsoft CoPilot app and getting better images from that using the prompt that ChatGPT helped me to create. It’s not perfect either, but at the moment it’s better than ChatGPT if you’re poor like me and can’t afford to pay their exorbitant subscription fee.Also, What’s with ChatGPT and its over use of the “em dash” character? Most of us humans couldn’t even find that character on our keyboard so we wouldn’t be using it in our normal writing.

1.Just wondering if it’s possible for us to not use our hand to pause to interrupt while it’s speaking, but we can just simply say “stop” and it will understand and stop speaking immediately and then listen…I’m looking forward to this ability, because there r a lot of times that I might put my phone in a pocket, or I’m looking at other apps on my phone, if I want to stop it I’d have to go back and click it….might be more convenient if we can stop it just by voice. 2.It might be good if u can add functions like what Alexa can do, like if I say can u play me a music it will link to the music platform and play me some music…in the near future, u might can also play some videos or even play out a Netflix movie for us? Or crazier, make it sing? 3. Last time I told it can u hear me I want u to speak in a tone like me, and I imitated a whispered tone, but it said it couldn’t [hear]me but can only translate my voice into text, is it possible to make AI “hear”??4.Sometimes I want it to translate what other ppl are saying but then I’m not convenient to speak in public so I just want to give it orders through text, then let it listen and answer my questions through calls, hope u can have such function.
