So many issues!!!
I have been using the app for the past 1.5yrs. I had no problems initially…until my husband signed up and we linked accounts. For the past year, almost all of my transactions have not appeared in cashback. I have now resorted to screenshotting every transaction I make. I am in contact with them via email and they are not actioning my requests. They will eventually reply to an email (that is an ongoing thread) and ask for screenshots of the purchases. I received an email from them today asking for the screenshot for the THIRD TIME. I have already provided them twice. It’s like they keep going around in circles so they don’t have to ‘pay’ us. It’s a constant nightmare with them and I wish it was as simplistic as it was when I first signed up. Not sure how to fix it…..
Misleading - Money Trap
I bought a few things via the app. 1 of the transactions was not tracked, so never got the cash back reflected in the app. I can’t prove it as my account is no longer active. On another instance I paid extra fee for buying a gift card, assuming cash back would compensate it. It would have, if they actually allowed to withdraw. Contacted support. They basically said, we’re keeping your money as the app didn’t let you reach $10. Steer clear… Don’t fall for the false advertising trap!
Just doesn’t work
3 separate experiences of transactions not being tracked, with 60+ mins of emailing to try to sort it out to be told that they can’t find it - a total of $30 of cashbacks not paid. Don’t waste your time with it - use another cashback service.
Now the developer has said ‘please contact us to rectify this’ - clearly they haven’t even read the review stating I have been emailing over a period of months.
