Ratings and Reviews
Efficient but Requires Improvements
The iOS version of Citytouch is very efficient and I hardly found any glitches. However, there’s still room for improvement. Updates are not frequent and it could be more user friendly. Still enjoyed whatever is there so far.
Need Performance Improvement
The app needs massive performance improvement:
1. The app is slow and needs time to load and refresh data from database. Fund transfer needs time. Insufficient resources are the main cause of it.
2.The U/I needs few modifications like the digits in the app are small, which should be made made larger to see. Icons are inappropriate. Colour combination and background are not imoressive.
THE APP SHOULD BE MADE USER FRIENDLY, FAST
App Crash
After the last update I am facing recurring issues while trying to pay my credit card bill. Whenever I go to current tab, it keeps loading and before I can click on “Pay” button, the app crashes. Please resolve this issue.
