Simple

I see everyone talking about the lack of functionality in this app. I understand this. But to be honest i only use it to open doors when its late. I know, i can use a tag, but why would i carry a tag while i can just use my phone. If bookings aren’t working through the app, use the website, so many available options, but I respect and understand if you don’t like it because the lack of functionality.

Perfect for a gym-goer

This app is built by a product team who really knows their audience. All I want to know when I’m going to the gym is have I got my access key, how busy is it, what classes are on for me to book, and all my person details for payment / membership - it’s all in the app. The log in experience was super simple as well.

Simple upgrade would make it much better

says: The search function on the app and website member portal could be improved to make it a filter like shopping sites. It would be good to be able to select multiple clubs, multiple classes and filter by time of day. Many people are members of more than one location and the design currently makes it hard to see what’s on in more than one location unless you select all clubs. CISAC and Ladies Only is a prime example as same location, different clubs.
