Uneditable positions

The app functions well, but if you place a limit or a stop order, the app does not really allow you to edit the first position on the list in the corresponding section. It sometimes can cause money loss for as you are unable to edit your position timely.Actually, same thing happens when you try to edit already active orders - the first order can not be modified. Being on the platform for less than a month, I have encountered this issue way too many times.Another problem is that the app is not quite stable when it comes to authorization using a fingerprint — the app just shows the regular login page instead and at least once a week I need to change the Touch ID setting to “on”.

Website platform and mobile app inconsistencies

Hi there, I like CMC especially for its transparency for the trading cost provided directly in the app. However, I found two bugs and hope they can be fixed.1) the mobile app can remember the trading size, however, after trading via the website platform, all the remembered trading size will be lost.2) when an order is placed via the mobile app and then edited in the website platform, the order become non-editable in the mobile app.Thanks

I used one of their product “countdown” which you will bet if the stock will go up or down in a certain period of time.. for example is within 5 min, or it can reach to a maximum of 1 hr. I choose 5 min, so i bet it will go up since the trend is easy to follow. Time buy 07:33:15 - 07:38:15 time stop (using there own timeframe at the monitor when you start to bet), i know i won as i am also using my own stopped clock. But its absolutely Scam it didn’t stop on time, it waited another 2min before it stops, by that time stock fell down again🧐..if only i can post my screenshots, don’t believe in their demo account.They have a time discrepancy, and if you cheat to your customers that means its a SCAM. Better go to the CASINO!!BTW, i am black sheep to the family..

The worst CFD platform

Ridiculously stupid platform that imposes so many restrictions designed to make you lose your money and too afraid of losing, worst than Casino. The platform also prohibits you from placing orders after and before hours which is convenient for most traders, such restriction is ridiculously stupid, traders understand that there is no trading during those hours so they should still be allowed to place orders just like so many other platforms.
