Upgraded custom exercise creation with clearer prescription fields, pace/intensity options, improved placeholders, and easier set controls on mobile. Added richer athlete session and workout tools, including better workout detail views, comments/completion support, and improved planned session handling. Improved athlete tracking, images, and video workflows, including more robust upload handling and technique/pose checks. Refined coach calendar, program planning, mobile home, and athlete dashboard experiences. What’s New This update adds Apple HealthKit integration, allowing athletes to connect Apple Health and see selected training, activity, recovery, sleep, body measurement, hydration, and nutrition data with CoachFlow. We’ve also improved the athlete training program experience, including better iPhone layout handling, smoother weekly program navigation, and more reliable personal session editing for planned duration, RPE, load, notes, and training metrics. This release also includes native iOS build improvements, and general stability fixes across the athlete portal.
