This hotfix address defects with Service Tickets having an option to Add Signature
Users can now Add Signature to Service Tickets which will save Sign Off form as an attachment
Ratings and Reviews
Okay but not the best
Disappointing to see no new updates to this app. Their website says the app is in “maintenance mode” would love to see new features added again.
These are some of our annoyances
-BIG Time waster: Having to fill out multiple time entries when two techs are together.
-Annoyance: Can’t see time onsite and time offsite from the notes window. (Can’t see other techs time entries from the time entries screen either)
-Time waster: Can’t copy phone number to VOIP/Softphone app.
-Annoyance: Apprentices can’t see who they’re on the job with from the agenda view. This is a time waster for me as I chat message all the techs with which apprentice is with who or if two full qualified techs are together (they then meet at each others house rather than taking two vehicles on a 2 hr trip to a job unnecessarily)
-Annoyance: Whenever a date picker shows up in the app (like on time sheets) can it display the DAY as well as the date. The techs told me that when they want to add a time entry for Monday they often have to go check the apple calendar to see what date is was then jump back to CW app and select that date.
It works but it needs some more polish
Wish we could hold and move a scheduled calendar event (rather than having to go into it and adjust the time). And once a resource is scheduled can’t seem to delete it (if we change our mind)...
Getting better, but still issues
Would be great if we didn’t have to keep logging out and back in again to get it to sync up data, or get rid of a stuck record.
Also, no proper iPad version. It’s just the scaled iPhone app.
