Amazing! One preference

Hi cotton on, first of all this app is AMAZING! So fun for browsing and coming up with cute outfits, all of the clothing is so good and I would highly recommend. My one preference is that when you have an image with a model wearing the featured pants and then a random top for example. I would love it if in the description or something you linked the top too, I spent a while trying to find a shirt a model was wearing that matched perfectly with the featured pants. I would love it if this was modified but over all amazing app. Please let me spend more money.

Having some issues

Typically i love using apps for shopping more than the actual website because if the page reloads on safari usually my whole cart will disappear. Anyway I was using the online site for my shopping and i was able to click on an item and pick and different colour out of the options and everything was in stock, however when i went back on my phone and used the app, those same items were now only allowing me to pick one colour almost as if all the other colours had sold out in under an hour. I thought this was unusual so i went back onto safari and sure enough this particular item was still in stock of all the colours. Is there anyway to fix this on the app? I had a cart full of items on the website but as i said before even though i was logged in, all the items in my cart still disappeared after about an hour of me not using the website which is why i’d rather use the app.

Cotton On online shop is terribly slow

Cotton on is so slow that I decided to cancel my order. I couldn’t even check out and it’s not because of slow internet connection, my internet is fast and works well in other shopping apps. Every time I try to take out an item from my shopping cart it gets canceled and takes me to a ‘sorry not found’ page, I attempted this multiple times and still the same result. Honestly the developers of this app didn’t even make an effort to change layout of the app, everything in the app is exactly like the website, slow and inefficient. Backing out of the item you’ve selected is way too slow and when you add it to your cart and press continue shopping, it doesn’t even take you back to the page you were browsing but instead takes you to whole new page where it recommends you other products similar to that. Worse online shopping app I’ve ever downloaded, I’m never gonna buy from cotton through online and I highly recommend you to do the same unless you want to have a frustrating experience.
