The simplicity and non confusing design of this app is what makes it more easy to use and more understandable makes trading cryptocurrencies a lot more efficient and easier only have one issue tho I have deposited more than $300 so far into this so that in the near future I could withdraw some of profits but somehow I can’t withdraw any amount whatsoever and I’ve tried doing it again so but still it says you need deposit some money either Via bank transfer or the other option which like I said can’t be done so please fix this for me in case if I want to make some withdrawals in the future. Thanks for the amazing app

Zero customer service

I’d give zero star if I could. I was trying to get their VISA card through the app, bought 500 dollars CRO, and locked in for 180 days, followed every step in the app, got stuck on address verification (I’ve provided all the documents required). After 3 months waiting I asked for help, initially was a bot answering me from memory as I couldn’t see the message in the app anymore, it couldn’t solve the problem as expected, then I sent a detailed message to a ‘human’ explained everything in detail, after a few days got a reply asking to explain what my request is, clearly didn’t even bother to read my message. So after 180 days I transferred my money out will never deal with this company again. I’m lucky that I only used 500 dollars to test the water. Keep away otherwise I can’t imagine if I really need customer service with lots of money in their hands how much stress I’ll face.

Have a look at their response to my review, completely irrelevant to anything that I have said. Perfect example of their non existent “customer service”.

There was no way to take money out for months

Downloaded the app about 8 months ago. Seemed fairly easy to use but an issue didn’t become apparent until I wanted to sell my Crypto.

There was absolutely no way for me to set up a fiat wallet (yes I followed all instructions and tutorials I could find). This meant I could not sell any of my Crypto to cash, and even if I somehow managed to do that I wouldn’t be about to withdraw the money. This meant that the money I had invested was just floating in the crypto come what may… meaning I had just wasted money.

I addressed this with their technical support, showed them the issues and they kept telling me to follow the same tutorials. After an hour and a bit of talking to them, they eventually got it and realised that ‘the fiat wallet feature wasn’t installed on my app’ which they later installed, but did not offer any form of compensation (obviously the markets had gone south from when I had wanted to sell)

Given that I downloaded this app expecting it to be ready to go, had installed every update when they were released, it’s a bit rubbish that I may not have been able to ever take money out if I hadn’t realised there was a problem, and had the mental endurance to talk to the technical team for that long.

The issue has since been resolved but I have taken my money out at a loss (I don’t trust the app now, so would rather take the hit) and will not be using the app again.
