App not loading booking screen

I have an iPhone 6, up to date phone software. New Booking page shows title and menu but no content.

Can’t get past login page

Tried multiple times to login, but once directed to the single sign in with Microsoft it will just get stuck on the login page and when you try to refresh you get an error. Same outcome when you uninstall and reinstall app. You can’t turn off the single sign in also.
