Description
ExpenseMe Pro is the companion mobile application for Inlogik's Expense Management solutions.
Log in with your existing ExpenseMe Pro User ID and password to manage your expenses on the go.
*You must have an existing account with mobile access enabled to use this app.
Capture receipts at the point of sale, submit expenses on the go, and manage any approvals from your tablet or smartphone.

- View and verify card transactions or make a claim for reimbursement
- Create acquittals for Petty Cash/Cash Balance accounts
- Capture receipts by taking a photo through the app or upload from your device gallery
- SmartAttach allows auto-matching of receipts based on amount, or OCR to read information directly from the receipt

Have to do eveything twice
I cant say a lot about the other functions, as all i use the app for is taking photos of my receipts to put them in my receipt wallet… but everytime i do one it doesnt save the first time. Second time is fine, but the first time it just loses it.
I have logged in to do some today, and it wont save the photo i take, i take the photo and it goes back to the expenses, and i have to take the photo again… and again… and again… sometimes after about 4 tries, it will work… but sometimes it just wont. AND then i have to do the whole receipt again.. because when you press save, it doesnt work.
Needs more developing
This isn't going to be a nice review. Why? Because it's failed at doing what it's designed to do!
The ability to take a photo of your tax invoice and attach it the outstanding expense does not work. I have just been informed my account payment is overdue; my manager did not receive it because the system didn't recognise that I HAD attached the invoice.
Aside from this it's unbearably slow to enter your PIN, it takes me a few goes to remember I need to press a button wait, press the next and so on.
The interface is a little too basic for my liking. Once you've attached said photo you can no longer access that expense - sometimes things change or the wrong cost centre was selected. It requires me to do the opposite of what the app is made for - to jump onto my desktop and log in to the system the old way.
Hope you can roll out these updates soon.
