Disputer
The disputer is super rude and they lean on to Chinese. If you are not Chinese, customer services center is likely to ignore your opinion. I got an order from merchant who pack product in his apartment. I talked to him but he was not nearby his apartment. He asked me to cancel the order. I messaged to customer center and explain my situation. After 王 canceled my order, he was thinking I’m lying since the merchant says something. I was very upset since they are not FAIR at all.
Furthermore, almost customers and merchants can speak Chinese; it means that it is very difficult to communicate, especially something happened while delivering.
I like Chinese people but not this app.

No one help, worse app ever, they didn’t pay me, therefore, stole my money, driver support is useful, no one cares, they steal money, do not pay, don’t waste your time with this app.
