They will not giving you so many orders after first week and they will cut driver earning without permission with a problem like spilled food that actually restaurant mistake not driver. My earning have been cut like 100 AUD for something doesn’t my mistakes at all.

His manager also will fake online your driver application so u don’t get any order at all and they will lie because of that

The disputer is super rude and they lean on to Chinese. If you are not Chinese, customer services center is likely to ignore your opinion. I got an order from merchant who pack product in his apartment. I talked to him but he was not nearby his apartment. He asked me to cancel the order. I messaged to customer center and explain my situation. After 王 canceled my order, he was thinking I’m lying since the merchant says something. I was very upset since they are not FAIR at all.

Furthermore, almost customers and merchants can speak Chinese; it means that it is very difficult to communicate, especially something happened while delivering.

I like Chinese people but not this app.
