Rubbish company with rubbish service. Everything they sell on their platform costs way more then other delivery platforms,only taking advantage of the Chinese overseas young people because they don’t know how or where to make a complaint to. I’ve had multiple encounters of either 1 hour plus delivery delays,or cancellations of orders,or food arrived all tipped over or messed up to the point you can not even eat it. Horrible phone center that will try to force a $5 coupon upon your next order which will just get you back into the same unpleasant service of the last one. If you’re trying to get a refund,you will be waiting for a long time (months),and they will just take advantage of people being customers will mostly forget about the complaint they made from so long ago. Overall extremely disgusting act by this company and they should not be in business !! AVOID AT ALL COST !!

I was so excited to use this app for the first time, because it was the only one that had one of my favourite restaurants on it. I will NEVER order from hungry panda again, the experience was so stressful and the customer service was horrible.

I placed an order at 12pm (btw the delivery fee was almost $20 but I paid because I love this restaurant so much). When I placed the order it said it would arrive at 12:50pm. After placing the order this time then changed to 1:50pm. When I contacted the customer service team they told me to stop worrying (what?) and that it’ll get to me asap. The courier picking it up was then on a BICYCLE when I live 12km away, and he had to travel 5km just to get to the restaurant which took him 40 minutes.

The entire thing was just awful, no apologies or refund, the customer service team were the worst I’ve ever dealt with. App has been deleted and will have to just go back to ubereats.

Developers don’t know you need to add a leading 0 to make call-out.

I ordered a self pickup tonight and the street number on app is 522. However, when I came here there’s no such number and couldn’t find the seller (turns out you need to go to street number 518).

I then tried the contact seller option on the app which automatically make a call to an invalid mobile number. I just got in circle for a hour and went home with nothing. When I got the chance to see the call history I see the app didn’t even add the leading 0 on the automatic calls (but when you click the contact option on app you can see the 0 here so I think not seller’s fault). And their customer service can only say one thing which is asking you to contact the seller which I tried 10 times already. Just uninstalled it before I wrote the review.
