De'Longhi COFFEE LINK 4+

The ability to adjust coffee has been broken since iOS14 came out. I have been providing feedback to their support staff and reviews on here since then. It looks like their “fix” for me not being able to adjust certain settings and have those save, is just to remove those settings from the coffee types I’m trying to use. Can’t be unable to save that option if that option doesn’t exist.

Now I finally understand the restrictions in coffee customisations. They couldn’t get it to work so just removed abilities and options to do so, leaving you with fewer ways to customise coffee than their sales pitches state. Leaving you with their defaults or the highway.

I purchased this machine online as the app to Bluetooth to the machine was a contributing factor. It arrived today and the app is terrible. Surely since all the reviews requesting an update to allow iPhone X to be able to use app properly would of been done by now. Sadly not. The app is useless if you have anything from iPhone X or above still. Incredibly disappointed with this. Luckily I had an older and downloaded the app on it. It works on it and is easy to use. Delonghi how long do your customers have to wait before an update is completed. I am not impressed I have to keep an old spare phone to just make a coffee. Keep up with the times please and update.

I purchased the Prima Donna Soul (not a cheap coffee machine, so the app should be nothing less then perfect for the consumers to enjoy their purchase). I tried to access the app a few days ago and the app keeps telling me that “the machine is on standby, would you like to turn it on?” I click yes, (even though the machine is clearly on) and like an endless loop, this message keeps popping up and it just will pair up and connect. (I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, reset my phone, I’ve turned off the wifi and the machine and fired everything back up -nothing has worked for me)

Please fix this issue.
