De'Longhi Comfort 12+

Easy setup, works every time and continues to work flawlessly through IOS upgrades, bravo! Pleasure to use. (...unlike the smart junk from a leading Korean manufacturer of smart phones)

This app barely functions. You get a quick tour when you install the app, after that screen is gone, no instructions at all. Don’t know what half the icons mean. The tour says I can see the room humidity on my phone, but all I can see is the set humidity. App worked for a few hours then wouldn’t connect so I had to delete and reinstall the app. Who knows how long it will work this time. Obviously rushed to market and not tested. How hard is it to include detailed instructions?? Submitted a Help request through the app a week ago, no reply. Update: App makes me login about every week. No other app does that. So annoying for ordinary people who don’t carry all their passwords around in their head. Honestly, why design and sell an appliance with internet connectivity if you’re not bothered to get basic things right on the app? I might as well have bought the Breville.

Very disappointing App for what I thought was a reputable brand. Does not work half the time. Have it connected to my dehumidifier. Always logs you out have to login and go through same entry process every time you want to use the App. Half the time it doesn’t work with machine or does it’s own thing. Scheduling didn’t work. It kept turning the machine on by itself in the middle of the night. It does Very weird and random things. Limited FAQs and instructions on website. Website is also lacking user experience. You’d think De'Longhi would invest more money or smarts into making it intuitive and user friendly. Not a great experience at all.
