Devialet Spark 4+

This app is so buggy. Did not think in 2017 a app can crash so much. These phantom units are amazing, the app is such a huge let down.

Once you work out just how many options your Phantom provides for playing music, with local, broadcast, streaming, Airplay, umpteen paid services, radio, Ethernet, Optical Audio, Bluetooth, Gaming Consoles, Apple TV etc, you begin to realise what a boon the Spark App actually is! For a French company, Devialet have done an excellent job with this English version of the App. I find Spark on my iPhone, iPad & Mac Mini works perfectly, playing very nicely together as I swap from one source to another in my composite sourced playlists. I like the Phantom Remote for minute volume adjustment that far exceeds the Mac & iOS devices in accuracy of desired incremental changes. Of course, the Phantom Gold I have is an outstanding piece of space-age audio equipment & I only wish I could afford two & experience what I’ve been assured is stereo nirvana!! Jerry

I sometimes need to erase setup and reconfigure. The app can’t seem to configure the phantoms easily and takes a number of tries and reboot of dialogue and phantoms before it can recognise them and set them up.
The app should also be updated to support Bluetooth connections not just network.
