Not perfect.

This app is very good, but I can't understand why it has a five star average rating at the time of this review.

The black icon isn't easy to spot, and sadly, although leaching off apples built in dictionary makes it small and fairly fast, it also means you have to contend with the font they use which is far from easy to read on the small iPhone screen.

Other than that, it is good to see a dictionary app that is fast and has no ads to speak of. Well done.

Love this dictionary!

This dictionary is fantastic, it loads straight away and there are no ads, which I think makes it feel more personal. It also looks very stylish and I like it how if you type in the start of a word, for instance 'de', it comes up with a list of all the words that start with 'de' - very handy.

The only downside is that there is no thesaurus. But because this app is great I am okay with it 😊

What I find really amazing about this app is that it works offline, yet it's tiny - smallest app on my iPod at under 1mb. It's simple yet stylish, with no ads, and I find the definitions & examples quite concise. Thanks, this is superb and I recommend it to anyone looking for a small-space or offline dictionary.
